Shipping Information
Thor Kitchen ships via USPS and Fedex
All items will be processed within 2-5 business days handling time
* Expedited delivery for backordered parts will be shipped out only after the item comes into stock in our warehouse. Standard processing times will still apply after the backordered timeframe.
During the holiday season, please expect and account for holiday shipment delays. There will be a minimum of a week delay for processing time, not including carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Handling Fee - $7.50
Domestic USPS
First Class Package: Calculated shipping fee
Priority Mail: Calculated shipping fee
Priority Mail Express: Calculated shipping fee
International Shipping
International Shipping available only to Canada
Standard International Shipping (10 to 15 days)- $55 USD
Returns Policy
PARTS: Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping return fee on all parts unless order is delivered damage or defective. The return period for parts is within 30 days of the delivery date.
Wrong Item Received
Please notify us within 24-48 hours of order delivery if you had received an incorrect order. To submit for a re-shipment, please fill out the form here and select option #4 in the reasoning box. Once submitted, we will work with you to send a replacement.
Shipping Restrictions
Additional shipping rates will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Standard ground shipping time is 10 to 15 business days. For Inquiries, please contact the Parts and Service Department at 1-888-808-6909 ext. 4.
Shipping to PO boxes is not available.

Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. If the order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, a return authorization must be made. Return or cancellation requests can be made here.
Lost Shipments
Please refer to your tracking number provided with your shipment confirmation.
For packages that indicate were delivered but never received, or for orders not delivered but lost, please fill out the form here.
Refunds
Refunds are issued 2 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
