Shipping & Return Policies
Thor Group ships with USPS and FedEx
All part orders received by 1:00pm PDT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day via USPS or FedEx depending on location.
Handling Fee - $7.50
- First Class Package: Calculated shipping fee
- Priority Mail: Calculated shipping fee
- Priority Mail Express: Calculated shipping fee
International Shipping available only to Canada
Standard International Shipping (10 to 15 days)- $55 USD
Damage or Short Shipments
It is very important to open and inspect your order upon receipt. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover a shipment shortage or damage with your order. Please contact us at 1-888-808-6906 and a Thor Kitchen Parts Representative will assist you.
Additional shipping rates will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Standard ground shipping time is 10 to 15 business days. For Inquiries, please contact the Parts and Service Department at 1-888-808-6909 ext. 4.
Shipping to PO boxes is not available.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, unless part is delivered damaged or defective.
Parts can be returned within 60 days of the original order date. Within that time period, if the part doesn't work correctly or stops working, contact us, and we’ll be happy to replace the defective item.

Please ensure to have your sales confirmation number readily available.
Please refer to your tracking number provided with your shipment confirmation.
For packages that indicate were delivered but never received, or for orders not delivered but lost, please call the parts and service department at 1-888-808-6906 ext. 5.
Refunds are issued 2 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
